Refunds – Contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase to return an unused item for a refund, at your expense, for any reason. We will refund you as soon as we receive the item back and you will be refunded the purchase price of the item, but not your shipping expenses. Defective Items/Mistakes – If the item you are returning is defective (defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship), please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase to return it. We will issue you a call-tag (a return shipping label) and a return authorization number. Then, we will issue you a refund or send out a replacement to you as soon as we receive the item back. Exchanges – Contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase to return an unused item that you would like to exchange for another item, at your expense, for any reason. We will ship you the exchange item, at our expense, as soon as we receive the original item back.
