We offer our lines to qualified resellers under the following conditions :

1. you can provide a valid sales tax ID number for the state in which you do business
2. minimum opening order $200
3. minimum order per style (code #) is 4 pcs for clothing (this does not mean per color or per size, just 4 pcs total per code #)
4. minimum order for hats is 12 pcs total - no per piece minimum
5. payment by C.O.D. or credit card
6. orders shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified (no P.O. Boxes for UPS)
